When rewards are available, you need to claim them manually from the pool.

You can manually compound your rewards into the pool. This is described on page Bond extra

To claim your rewards from the pool, follow these steps:

1. Open the Aleph Zero Substrate Portal in your webbrowser

1. Go to Network -> Staking -> Accounts -> Pooled

2. Click on the three dots and select Withdraw claimable

3. Enter the password of your account and click Sign and Submit

4. The rewards should now be visible and available in your account
